Golden Turmeric Milk (Haldi Doodh) Recipe | Health Benefits of Turmeric
Ingredients:
• 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
• 1/2 tsp Bumi spices Turmeric Powder
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
• 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tsp honey or jaggery (optional)
• 1/2 tsp grated ginger (optional)
Instructions:
• Heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat. •Add turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and ginger. • Stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes. • Turn off the heat and add honey or jaggery if desired . •Strain and enjoy this comforting turmeric latte warm.
